Bacolod Bishop Vicente Navarra yesterday called on Negrenses to offer prayers for the repose of the soul of Gov. Joseph Marañon and for the comfort of his bereaved family. Marañon died Thursday night after he succumbed to cardio pulmonary arrest, six days before his 74th birthday.
